Welcome to the site, AdaMarie!! I'm sure you'll find it useful, and you'll definitely find the members will go out of their way to offer you tips, advice, comment, and critique on any photos you may post. Although I now own a Kr, most of the small amount of photos in my PORTFOLIO were shot on a Pentax compact. I'm pleased with the quality Pentax compacts offer - I'm sure you'll feel the same about yours too!

I recently bought a Pentax Optio WG-2, I was so impressed by its "adventure proof" capabilities and I can't wait to use it underwater, too! Another reason is that it has the "Interval Mode" setting and I wish to do some Time-Lapse videos of my own soon. I hope I can learn a lot from this forum. Thanks!
