I think that all of the points put to me here have made me think? I will go down the route of updating and reducing the range of photography shown on my web site. Just to make it a bit more professional, as it seems that is what every one is saying so it’s good to get some positive feed back from you as I really do take on broad what you guys say, so thanks for that.

Going back to Mr James R I do thank him now maybe he’s right its time to get a grip. As for the logo I will have to have a think on that but thanks very much to all for the advice and help

Now ive updated my web site still a little bit more work to do but iam getting there now and I do feel a bit better now

You do good photos and I enjoy looking at them as well as some really good ones from others at Pentax Site as part of my learning. However at the end of the day you have 2 choice, either you please your self or if you are in the business, the customer is always correct. I wish you success in your endeavour, Regards

The new site is a lot better now you have removed the "scary" photos. I'm sure building the perfect website for anyone is not an easy task but yours is getting there.

I look at this from possibly a different point of view than some of the others who have commented Shaun. I really enjoy your photos and love the range of different styles in your work. However, as you are a professional and aiming to make money from your pictures, I can understand why some have commented that the breadth of images on the site is too large.

I have recently set up a website for my pictures and as I have no intention of attempting to make money from it (nor am I good enough anyway) I simply upload what I like and hope a few people will go and have a look. I think for you it is much more important than that. Do you have any stats for how much paying business has been attracted by your website and if so which particular areas of the site are pulling in business?

Hi David and thanks for your comment it does really mean a lot, as for the
Professional bit I have only just changed my profile as told too on this thread to get more business. I have been paid for a some work I have done now and it’s coming in bits and bobs but I have only just started to put my cards and advisements in the past six weeks. As for the site pulling particular areas of work from the site it is pulling in business. As I have sold some landscapes photos, I also have done some weddings and have four to do up to now in 2012, some family portraits
To do and some pets, also got Photography Courses, so there is no real areas it’s a mix of every thing.
I have had a lot of emails that would like me to photograph them some unfortunately are to far away like in London or right down south, and other places that are just to far to go. I am glad that you are setting up your own site and really wish you all the best it is hard work to keep it up but it can be fun as well.

Hi David tried clicking on your link and got not found. I think the "My Website" (its highlighted and underlined) is forming part of the address in your link. Cutting and Pasting http://www.imagesbydavidstorm.foliopic.com worked as it should
