Hi, I have just (yesterday) bought my first DSLR, which, after a lot of (internal) debate has become the Pentax K-x.
Looking forward to get some advice from the Pros on here.
Have always been a snapper, but am trying to outgrow that status, for which I am following online as well as classroom training.

Have mercy

Hello Fred and welcome to the fold. You have certainly come to the right place for assistance, just don't ask me anything past the "push shutter button thingy" type of question.
Do join in the chats and post some photos.

Regards,

Stephen
I gladly welcome C & C's. Being foggy minded they really help me learn.

If I've outgrown 'Snapper' it's only to get to 'Dabbler'. The quality of the photos may not have improved much, but I play with many more techniques (IR, macro, digiscoping...).
I think its just the first signs of LBA (lens buying addiction) but so far at least its all been fairly cheap (
