Free to a good home
Pentax AF400FTZ flash (angle, swivel and zoom) fully working with case.
This is a TTL flash thus not a lot of help on a K10, but ok on all TTL body’s.
You will have to collect or pay postage.

You're a generous man. You'd probably get thirty quid on Ebay. These are quite poweful units which work well in manual mode. Free to a good home

If I didn't already have an adequate supply of flashguns I'd take up your offer.

Hi G
I don’t know about that, I am just trying to help a fellow enthusiast.
The idea is not to supply Ebay food for people, and I would hope that this would not happen within a close and friendly group.
I know that I can’t control what happen to it but let’s hope that the moral code of this group is stronger than the desire to make a few quid.

Would this work on my K100 Super? If it would/does, I would be very grateful of your generous offer I just have the built in flash at the moment, which is a bit lacking, and is prone to showing shadows of the lens

. . . TTL will not work as it's not supported by your camera. Only the *istD and *istDS bodies support TTL.
When switched to TTL, the flash will fully discharge. Alternatively you can use the H or L manual settings.

I have read my manual (RTFM ) and it seems I need a P-TTL flash, to work as intended on my K100 Super. Can anyone recommend a (cheap) starter flash, as there are occasions that warrant a better unit than the built in flash, plus it is another medium to experiment with!
Jim, thank you for your very kind offer (not many of us about ), but I will decline and leave it to someone who will use it as intended

I really don't need this: could someone please snap it up before FBA (lesser known cousin of LBA) gets the better of me.
Serendipity: it will work with your camera, it just won't offer the full range of automatic functions that a P-TTL flash will. The cheapest P-TTL flash is the AF200FG which at £75 is a good £75 more than this one, and while it has P-TTL it doesn't have bounce or swivel.

Sorry I haven’t been able to get back to you sooner but it should be collected by a forum member who is visiting Ledbury today. (yet another Mike)
I will let you know if the collection doesn’t go ahead.
I will have to see what else I have in stock.
Jim
p.s. Mike 1 did contact me first
