I need to make a comment about Johnsons, from a recent post regarding my Optio W80 it might seem that I have a cob on with them. I would like to make it clear that having spoken with them I now understand the fact that despite everything and anything they do to try and rectify the IQ it can`t be achieved. They have reported this to Pentax regarding the W 80`s. It would seem that the fault cannot be rectified. I now feel justified with involving trading standards.
