I've just bought one for mine and I have to say it seems very well constructed and improves the recycling time tremendously. It takes only about 2 secs, probably a bit less, to become ready after a 100% test discharge. I have freshly charged Sanyo Eneloop cells in the flash ( 4 ) and power pack ( 8 ).
I'm very impressed with it and look forward to giving it a proper test at the weekend. I'm hoping it will save me from having to change batteries in the flash half way through a night time race meeting.
Be warned that the seller's estimated shipping time from China to Spain was over optimistic, it's taken about a month to get to me. Other than that it's a nice bit of kit and very much cheaper than the Pentax branded pack.
