Jessops Sandisk memory card offer through Groupon

If anyone took up the deal on Jan 4th for a Sandisk memory card and have doubts the deal will happen because of Jessop's Administration, then you have seven days to request a refund no questions asked. Have been in touch with Groupon and they have cancelled mine and be refunded in a few days.

Yep my first order with Groupon too.
Just spoke to them and they still reckon i'll be getting my card.
If it hasn't arrived in the next week they'll issue a refund. Happy to wait and see TBH. It was a good deal.

i have dealt with Groupon with other items which never arrives and had a refund within days from Groupon.

Legally, your contract is with Groupon, not Jessops so you will get the card or a refund.

I got one out of three I ordered - don't get that though - ordered them all 3 within about 4 mins - so why I get one but not the other two ??

ha ha no they were three seperate orders..will leave til monday maybe tuesday on the off chance they still arrive but suspect not

I had one e-mail saying the deal would be honoured, then one saying it wouldn't and I'd get a refund (wrong amount though), then the one you posted earlier, now this one:

"We have important information for those of you who purchased Groupons for this deal.

Please note:

Following yesterdays email confirming that Jessops have gone into administration, we would like to let you know that we are still working hard to secure your order. We are working with Sandisk directly and should be able to confirm your delivery sometime next week. Thank you for your continued patience"

Not sure what is happening now - perhaps a card AND a refund

Same here, only my e-mail was in French. Refund is in Paypal now though (and not in euros......)

Received another email today suggesting groupone has sourced these from elsewhere and will be delivering in 7 - 10 days...
