This is just such a brilliant idea. Please, please, please post pics of dish and reaction if you can! In middle eastern cookery there is a tradition for feasts and recipes include beasts stuffed with smaller beasts stuffed with smaller beasts stuffed with... and so on...

I once saw Hugh Fearnley-Wittingshall cook a dish that had 10 birds stuffed one inside the other, ending up with a large goose as the "outside" http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/christmas/christmas.html?in_article_id=372276&in_page_id=1322&in_a_source=&ct=5

Speaking of turkeys......
It wont be long before its turkey time over here either, something like 76 shopping days left maybe santa will bring us all a K10D.
Dons post just reminded me of Pat, a good friend of my wifes, a very caring spiritual person who wouldn't hurt a fly (you know the type) anyway, her husband tells her he's got the turkey sorted and not to order one, a day or so before christmas he comes home with said turkey, still covered in feathers and barely cold, Pat being Pat felt so sorry for the bird that she buried it in the back garden, cant recall what they had for christmas dinner but it sure wasn't turkey!

before i stir up a hornets nest, on theology, I guess I better connect it to photography...
You r photographing a wedding.
you set up a light to rim light a Bible, which is open and you place a wedding band standing up on the bible.
your light is casting a shadow from the ring that forms the shape of a heart on the pages of the bible.
do you want the verses on the pages of the Bible to be on 1 Corinthians 13 or the book of Revalations?
Your personal beliefs aren't relavent for that shot, but your insight is.

for years as a kid was a member of the Boys Brigade, when it came to my wedding the minister asked for a choice of hymns - the only ones I knew were 'Fight the good Fight', 'Does your anchor hold? (in the storms of life), and 'Onward Christian Soldiers'; somehow none of them were deemed appropriate - cant think why...

I intend to celebrate even more so this year by stuffing a cornish game hen into the turkey so I can later accuse Gerri of roasting a pregnant Turkey...
hehehe...should make for a good laugh or two.
If I survive, I'll let ya know how it went over.
