ISO 200 is the lowest setting available.
For all practical purposes, you can assume that ISO and ASA are the same. Likewise, you can assume that the fugures mean the same for film and digital. Neither of these things is probably strictly true, but it serves well enough!

Buy an ND4 filter or...
one circular polariser and one linear - stack them up and you have variable ND control

Thanks guys - appreciate you taking the time to respond.
I read something recently which really mixed me up in regards to ISO/ASA. I thought they were the same so what I read really threw me off. Thanks for confirming.
