I have just worked out that it is the new 'away shirt' for Pompey (Portsmouth Football Club - FA Cup Finalists 2008 for those members not in the UK).
I believe that the helicopter took off today from HMS Ark Royal.

I am not sure what it is advertising, but it certainly looks different to the normal streamer adverts towed behind a plane
