I photograph every page of the Pentax magazine only takes a couple of minutes with my HTC phone and save them to a folder called yes you guest it Pentax Mag, I can zoom in and out to read the text and photos anywhere, I was one of those who voted for the PDF file it would save a lot of postage costs,

Jack.

Had an Iphone for 3 days sent it back, I won't go into it, bought a HTC HD2 haven't looked back, not so many apps as the Iphone but enough for what I need and a 5meg camera.

Jack.
HD2 is a nice piece of hardware though I think WinMo lets it down a bit (although the HTC skin at least makes it more bearable than on other phones).

As far as cameraphones go, the camera on my Sony Ericsson W995 is as good a camera as I've experienced on any phone.
If you can't say something nice about Pentax, you won't say anything at all.

Apparently.

Guys

I don't own an iPhone, but don't be so quick to knock it...

I know the lens and the sensor isn't the best, but I have seen some utterly STUNNING photography come from an iPhone. The best camera anyone has is the one they have with them.....

Check out Chase Jarvis and his iPhone work for a start. Here is a trully world class photographer, with a massive and important portfolio behind him and he is utterly ADDICTED to his iPhone camera as he says...its the one he has with him the most. Its not necessarily the "quality" of the image that comes from the camera, but the "quality" of the eye and vision of the person who took the image. I couldn't agree more to be honest. Yep, there are better camera phones out there, by quite some margin. But if you don't know how to take a decent photo, it doesn't really matter does it...

Check him out....one of the leading and most famous iPhone photography exponents on the planet....and a ruddy good "normal" photographer in his own right...

Go to his PF and check his iPhone gallery....

Oh and for apps, there are myriad good Apps for iPhone....there is iPhone Photoshop, there is something called "Best Camera" that is supposed to be superb....search on as some are stunningly good.....

I think you got it wrong, we all know the photographer is the most important element so we can knock to iPhone or any other phone and praise the photographer into heaven
