IPad and Pentaxuser compatibility
This subject has been done to death on here but from my own limited experience of designing web sites Apple's Safari browser is one of the fussiest around. The slightest off centering can cause big placement moves. Don't know why as i don't use Apple stuff any more.
I do have sympathy with adverts messing up pages though and script errors from them on even the nicest of sites. Price of free internet I guess.

I know this has been discussed quite a lot , but many months have passed, and I was hoping to see some improvement. Pentaxuser and iPad is such a bad mix, that I have visit this forum more and more seldom.

Perhaps grab a screen shot (Home Button + Power together) and send it to support (use the "Report Problem / Suggestion" at the footer of each page)

Hm, not a problem here with iPad and Safari browser. Can't think what your problem might be.
I have had problems with Pentaxuser and iPad ever since the "facelift"/ new design was implemented last year. My iPad air is maybe one year old and runs the latest IOS. The problems I encounter here are not apparent on any other websites I visit, so I cannot either think what the problem could be.

When I visit Pentaxuser.com and browse the site on my iPad, more often than not the website appears totally messed up. There are images all over the place, forum headings are substituted with photos, and sometimes there are large images blocking the whole page, making it impossible to browse the website. The gallery often also appears the same way, with personal avatars and images all randomely put together. I have tried all the "obvious remedies", including clearing the log and deleting caches and also installing the latest software updates from Apple. I never have these kinds of problems browsing other forums or websites. Is Pentaxuser.com not compatible with mobile devices such as iPad?

You might want to try downloading another browser from the app store - Chrome or Opera, or Dolphin and see if the problem persists?
You can also go to Settings - Safari and try clearing history/cache/data - you bookmarks will stay intact.
It may be some corrupt cookie or a weird caching problem.
Close down Safari manually after you do that and restart your Ipad; maybe it will be able to load the proper version of the website since it will be fetching it completely fresh. I'd logout from the forum beforehand as well on the ipad.
Ah, one more thing. Are you using 3g/4g Internet on your ipad or are you connected at home, normally? Try on a different Internet connection. Sometime on mobile with throttled bandwidth, it's possible to have issues.
And that's it, nothing else comes to mind except a hard reset to factory settings. Hope you'll manage to get it sorted.

I've just had a look at Pentax User on my iPad and it was absolutely fine. Is it some particular type of page that causes you problems, or everything right from the start? I wonder if it's just that it isn't fully loading for some reason.
The problem manifests itself right from the start. I will try some of the things suggested above, and see if these can solve the problem. The strange thing is that it is only with PU that Safari and my iPad has problems.

Looks as though it's a compatibility issue with Safari, so an easy fix may be to install another browser.
The bug is a compatability issue with HTTP Pipelining (something that makes the site faster) and Safari on iOS8. The problem doesn't exist on iOS7 and it has nothing to do with the upgrade of the site. Its a bug that was introduced in the iOS8 update. What appears to happen is images swap places. Its a bug that we've been trying to get Apple to fix since November 2014. We aren't the only site either:

We may be testing the performance implications of disabling some speed boosting settings on the server to see if it remedies the problem and how much it affects the speed of the site.
Fingers crossed, they fix it in iOS9
