Many thanks Gareth. Methinks that 'pot luck' plays a factor in this competition. I think that the judges look for something 'original' rather than photographic skill.

There will always be an element of luck, and of course it'll always be subjective as to whether entries get through or not, but you still can't detract from what is clearly an excellent image both technically and aesthetically.

An excellent achievement - If I could produce something like this I don't think I'd understate it as much as you Ian
