Infrared guidance please.

Hello all.

My *istDL passed the "Remote Test" with flying colours, so I acquired a Hoya R72 IR filter.

GREAT!!!

Now I have some pictures all red (with spectacular clarity).

Now what do I do in postprocessing with PS? Delete the other two channels? Desaturate? Make it monochrome pinkish?

Some advice on what is typically done would be much appreciated.

Open the image in PS. On the right of your screewn go to channels and select the red channel (the blue and green ones will be black as there is no image there) and then go Image>Mode>Greyscale. Discard other channels when asked.
