I use FF and am now using WIN7, which has crashed completely once needing a full reinstall, still it could be worse, at least I now have 5 sets of back ups for my photos.

I use Windows 7 and FF and have had absolutely no problems. None.
I much prefer it to IE.
All my add-ons also work with the latest update, which is a minor miracle.

My Firefox updated automatically to 3.6.2 this evening so I guess they have been under pressure to progress this fix from from beta to a normal release.
Therefore I assume that if anyone's have not updated then it can forced with "Check for Updates" under the help tab.

I have used IE primarily since IE3, although I have tried most of the others. I tried IE8, but did not like the way it worked. I use FF for this site alone to clobber the ads, but the text is not as well presented as it is with IE.
If it is running slow or crashing it is probably a symptom of another problem (hardware or software).
As for the thought of FF having a security issue, I have to chuckle. As we all know, it's perfect and it's only IE that has security issues - we have been told that so many times it must be true - must it not? Of course not. The simple truth is that every hacker and his dog have a go at Microsoft stuff, and virtually no-one bothers with the others. As a result, IE is actually a great deal more secure than most others and if anyone had a decent go at the opposition, they would find it quite easy.
In conclusion, may I just say Na Na Ne Na Na

I've read that Adobe Flash is the biggest security leak don't know if that's true or not.

yes, flash and adobe reader are both very leaky. It's no longer the browser that's being targeted, but the helper applications.
I'm not allowed to use IE at work, so home is all FF to stay consistent. End.

I use both Firefox and Opera. Firefox I like better because one can use it with those nice script and flash filters.
