Identify these Mushrooms

Can anyone identify these three species of mushroom for me? All were taken at the beginning of October in the New Forest.

1 Growing out of a bank in the open; about 2 inches high.

2 Growing in deep shade, straight out of the soil about 3 inches high.

3 Growing on a fallen tree; about 1 inch high.

I'm not brilliant at these, but I'm thinking No 2 could be Penny Bun Boletus edulis, No 1 could be Death Cap Amanita phalloides and not sure about No 3.

Thanks all for the advice & links.

I think I may have identified No.3 as a result. I'm not 100%, but think it could be a "Saffrondrop Bonnet". I'll keep at the others when I have a little more time.

The first one looks like a red staining mushroom agaricus sylvaticus
Or shaggy parasol chlorophyllum rachodes
