Ideas for studio lighting practise

Next week I'm going to try some still life images with mirror for reflectors just to practise lighting can you suggest any objects.

to start with I'm going to try a black b/ground and a black spatula.
four wine glass white b/ground.

this is open to anyone for subjects and objects and even your own methods for lighting
