Ideal Second/Third/Forth-Hand Price

I believe its usually about a third, if the item is absolute mint and boxed and fairly new then you may get up to 75% of its retail, this obviously depends on the demand for the item too, it could be as mint as the day it was bought but if no one wants one then you could be lucky to get half of what its worth.
I cant see you selling any of the above so how about I take them off your hands for £50 each

I'll offer you £60 each
PS I agree a good starting point for used sales is about 60-70% of the new price.

How about you give me your money, and I go buy them
I do not have those lenses, but they are the ones I will be looking for. Got any links?

You don't often see the primes up for sale. Have you tried the usual suspects for second hand lenses? SRS, Ffordes, LCE, Mifsuds, etc.?

16-45 £200
21 the better part of £400
40 £300
70 £400
Thing is, though, that "normal" rules don't apply as the lenses are in demand.... yes, 70-80% is a good starting point, but just don't expect it.
Pentaxforums gives a good indication of real life pricing IMO. Ffordes, SRS, mifsuds all have decent second-hand sections and you may be able to find something there, but all these lenses are sought-after and will therefore disappear sharpish.

I am buying into a Pentax system, but do not want to commit myself towards 'depreciations'... Hence this topic
How much would you think should normally be knocked off a used lens in excellent condition compare to the street (as new) price? Any sort of percentage you'd be looking to reduce?
List in my mind...
1) DA 21mm Ltd
2) DA 40mm Ltd
3) DA 70mm Ltd
4) DA 16-45mm F4
Just want to gather thoughts for reference
