I see Q

I think Pentax fans are going to be more interested in the images of the K1 than scrutinising the Q's capabilities.
EDIT, just had a look at Dimitrovs K mount pages, he has the prototype DSLR listed as the MZ D, I wonder if Pentax have revived the desing and this could be a new DSLR?

Well actually i'm thinking it would be a fun camera to have besides the DSLR.I think Pentax fans are going to be more interested in the images of the K1 than scrutinising the Q's capabilities.
A k1 would merely replace the K5.
What strikes me is there is still quite a decent amount out of focus with those images.

What clown's put them up Pentax need to get them taken down ASAP.
The "see-through" looks horrible and is leaning over... enough to put anybody off
The 2nd shot is of a viewfinder ruined by using a camera that looks to have Vaseline on the lens.
The next main shots of the camera have the viewfinder clipped onto it?
I thought the idea was to sell a small camera that you didn't have to
clip a non-colour matching viewfinder to.
I think the viewfinder costs extra anyway.

Don't get your hopes up F.S.

The Q looks okay but it's not going to set the world on fire at that price. I'd pay a small premium for being able to use interchangeable lenses, over a compact with similar IQ, but perhaps not £200 odd more.

Obviously, Pentax realized that there exists a gap between the K5 and the 645D and decided to place the K-1 (alias MR-52 alias MZ-D) there, which is an interesting and promising decision imho.

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

Just when I thought there was very little that needed buying, then Pentax go and wave the Q under our noses. However am I going to justify this one?
Thinking.....
