I Now Whats Wrong with my K20D

Just got a PM from Chris saying they will happily swap it for another.
Heres hoping it hasnt had any adverse affects on the Lenses and its 3rd time lucky.
I cant fault SRS for their CS, its just a pity Pentax dont seem to pay the same attention to detail.

How do you think Chris feels poor bloke he probably get's it from both ends like piggy in the middle

I guess its like every other job, when things are going smoothly its a joy but when there not its a nightmare, still at least he doesnt have to don the Riot Gear when his job gets a little rough. although it might seem a good idea at times.

The previous 2 of mine might just have been from a bad batch, i assume Pentax like most other companies will only check 1 in so many so if there was a fault at the end of that batch and they tested one of the first from the batch it would have gone undetected.
Hopefully i will have a replacement for Wednesday or Thursday.

Keep us posted, SRS are well respected on here and another satisfied customer is always a plus for them.

I for one will be taking Chris and his team a few crate's of the amber nectre at christmas to say thanks for all his help and service he has given me over the last year not only with Pentax gear but with the Canon gear I will be buying.

Tel, SRS don't do new Canon gear, do they?

Yes I thought they only sold Pentax, Oly and Nikon on the D-SLR side :

Not new off the shelf but I told Chris saturday that I would like to get my New Canon gear through him, he also dose a bit of s/hand gear, picked up a New Sigma ring flash for portrait's, works a treat.
