I may be moving my studio

Just looking for general advice really

My current studio is running quite well but there is always room for improvement Right?

The current owners(they let/rent)the farm and are thinking about moving so I may not be able to stay there much longer (out in the sticks)

But I am going to look at studio space with in a dance school in(well just off a side street from) the centre of town.

Now my current studio is rent free But with no advertising aloud out side my studio so all my clients are by word of mouth or by adverts I've placed around town.

now the dance school has over 200 strong dancers

and the owner use to run a modelling and photography agency with her X

What would you DO ??

Their is only ONE studio in rugby that I know off with the exception of MAX SPEALMAN witch has a 1.7M square area they use for head shots.
