Forgot to mention - I also have a Panasonic Lumix FZ38 in case of emergencies - not ideal I know but better than nothing.

You can do the wedding with just the 18-55mm and it's not a bad idea to do so for the first one as there's enough going on without worrying about kit. A faster prime lens might be useful, so the 50mm f1.4 will be needed as well. The flashgun for fill in flash outdoors and for use indoors if necessary.
The rest I'd leave behind to avoid confusion. You certainly don't want to be messing with manual focus lenses like the 75-150mm and the Biotar 58mm.

I partly agree with John. I would leave the manual focus lens home and use the kit lens and the FA 50. I would also take the 10-24 along, just in case there is not enough space to include everybody in the group shots. I would also look for a good friend to lend you a second body, hopefully the same as yours. It's easier to swap body than to swap lenses.

If you're thinking of a lens upgrade, then two options spring to mind: the 35mm f2.4 prime (about £160 if memory serves), or the Tamron 17-50 f2.8 zoom. Both are very well regarded, and the Tamron would offer much more flexibility but it does cost £300 so might be out of your reach.
A useful question for you to ask (or tell us the answer to, if you already have) is where you're likely to be standing in relation to the ceremony itself. I'm not familiar with Asian weddings, but if you won't be that far away from the bride and groom then the fast fifty isn't likely to be of much use during the ceremony for example.
Definitely leave the manual lenses at home: you'll have enough on your plate corralling people into the appropriate combinations for the photographs without worrying about MF and stop-down metering.

It is indeed a bad idea if (as with most weddings) the use of flash is not allowed during the ceremony. I only just managed with the 18-55 (on the same camera model as the OP) and that was in a registry office with a decent number of windows on a sunny August day. Remember that, unless you're going to have time to change exposure settings before every shot you'll need to have the kit lens set to f5.6 regardless of focal length.

FA 50mm 1.4 (portraits)
Tamron 10-24mm (wide)
Pentax Flash AF360 (I'd be tempted to say rent a spare just in case)
Possibly one or two stands and triggers for a short bride/groom session away from the everyone for a bit.

I have been asked to do an Asian wedding in two weeks time, I think it's because they have been let down by someone else, either way I haven't done one before and I told them this and they were still happy for me to do it as they have seen my Asian bridal portraits. I said I couldn't guarantee exceptional results and this was reflected in the price.
Anyway I want to make sure that I have the right kit on me. I know that when I start doing this properly I'll need two of everything but right now what I have is:
Samsung GX20 (same as K20D)
Kit Lens 18-55mm
FA 50mm 1.4
Tamron 10-24mm
Tamron 70-300mm
Pentax Manual 75-150mm 1:4
Carl Zeiss Jena Biotar 58mm f2 (Manual)
Pentax Flash AF360
Radio trigger with 4 receivers
Various other old manual flash heads with stands, umbrellas etc.
Now I am guessing that this isn't the ideal kit for shooting weddings (I don't really know what are the common lenses used,) but it's all I have at the moment.
What I need to know is - if I can scrape together a couple of hundred quid what would it be best spent on? A lens? If so, which one? Or a second body so I can have my 50mm lens on a body permanently and something more flexible on the other? I reckon I may get a K10D or a GX10 body if I can get enough money together.
