How much?

I have been given the job of selling a Pentax "K" 300mm F4 for a friend of mine...I haven't the foggiest what the going rate is.It is in good condition for it's age with only general marks on the body,the glass is spot on with only 2 small specs of dust!.....Can someone give me an idea of the going rate?....

My advice: Put it on ebay and let it find its own price. I'm pretty sure I saw one of these go for £150 a while ago, they aren't common. Properly described and with good photos it should fetch a good price, especially if you include the fact that it will work on digital (some sellers aren't sure).
