How many primes?

How many prime lenses, specifically designed for the APS-C sensor have Pentax made?

I think you've missed a couple.
DAL 35 F2.4 - the DA35 macro is f2.8
DFA50

Not that I've got any of them

Thanks, all.

Rather more than I expected.... I'm sad to say.

And your original post specifically excluded all the earlier primes - which of course still work fine with digital...
If you want to collect them all there's over 30 F & FA primes (Auto focus/auto aperture) another 29 A series (Manual focus / auto aperture) & over 50 M & K series (fully manual) and that just the multicoated K mount primes. We certainly don't lack for choice!

Just because they're badged as DA and sold for the current range of APS-C DSLRs it doesn't mean they won't work on a full frame body. I know the DA 40mm f2.8 will work on full frame as I've seen people using it on MZ series film SLRs. Pentax don't mention which are FF-capable as unless they bring out a full frame DSLR it's meaningless to their current users.

I will attempt to demonstrate FF compatibility of the new 35mm f2.4 when I get hold of one, it should work on my Super A for a few test shots in program or shutter priority mode (the latter giving the ability to force it to use different apertures by reducing the shutter speed).

I don't see Pentax offering full frame. It would cost a bomb to develop and I don't see it selling well, considering the CaNikon bias of the professional DSLR market (remember the LX - absolutely brilliant camera but disappointing sales). Far better to build up the 645D and offer a medium format system which isn't much of a leap in price from a top spec full frame DSLR, as that might well tempt a few pros to spend a few percent more and go to medium format when they need a new camera.

The OP asked for specifically designed for the APS-C, he's probably meaning cropped lenses so to say.
DFA lenses are also made for the 135 format so those aren't cropped.
The DA*200 has the same lens design as the FA*200 so that one was also not specifically designed for the APS-C.
The DA40 also finds his root in a film lens.
I actually think that almost all these lenses find their roots with older lenses, so a film lenses that's being adapted to the DA series.

Most likely the only ones that won't work on 135format would be the wide angle lenses.
