Hood for DA-L Lens

Is there hoods available for the DA-L lenses. SRS only do one for DA lens, will these fit?

Yes, but there are cheaper alternatives, see this thread.

But check what they say on the hood as a manufacturer's name though. Some of these hoods have shall we say 'euphemistic' manufacturer's names. Not uncommon in Chinese knockoffs.

The hood for the new 18-55mm WR lens won't fit.

As said above, have a look on ebay. You can get something which fits pretty well (doesn't rattle or feel as though it'll fall off) for about £10. Just make sure it uses the bayonet fitting rather than screwing into the filter ring.

I have that 55-300 hood and the 18-55 version, can vouch for both, feel sturdy and don't rattle or move when on the bayonet fitting.

They can be reverse mounted too which is useful for space saving.
