I use one of these, but there are other versions around the net. I don't actually fold mine to stand up, I just put it on the floor and use a tripod to angle the lens at 45 degrees.
Here is a different version of the chart, same idea though.
Print it out, position it at 45 degree angle, focus on the centre of the oval where the black and white halves meet. You can then see if your lens is front or back focussing, and adjust using the camera's lens adjustments. My K20D will save the adjustment for up to 20 lenses, as will the K-X and K7. Not sure how many the K200D will do. I'm sure someone will chime in
