OK folks, how do you make a one microsecond flash? The one with the razor blade is stunning!

No idea about e flash and having had experience of designing flash circuitry, it will take some very clever control.OK folks, how do you make a one microsecond flash? The one with the razor blade is stunning!
I agree about the razor blade picture = how many attempts did it take?
I will be contacting him to see if he is willing to sell prints of that and others.

That's the one for me too Kris.OK folks, how do you make a one microsecond flash? The one with the razor blade is stunning!
It's not the flash that gets me, it's the laser trigger for the flash!!!

Quite impressive, but there was a lot of that around years ago. A lot of magazines published circuits for microphone flash triggers with a variable delay. Old flashguns such as a Sunpak Autozoom 5000's could go down to 1/128 power which meant a very short flash. Had to be done on a B setting in a dark room.
