Hi Lite PP

Have recently purchased a Lastolite Hi Lite , which is ok but i dont have enough lights to eliminate the grey areas of the train , have watched the lastolite video where he explains how to pp the areas in photoshop . can anyone point me to a tutorial for doing the same thing in Elements ?
by the way my photoshop skills are somewhat limited !
