Hi from Sunny Yorkshire!
Welcome to the forum Andrew, there's plenty of us Tykes on here
+ 'exiled'' tykes
Enjoy the K30. Pentax WR is a great feature which gives you confidence to get out and snap even in the sort of grotty conditions we've got at the moment. And the 18-135 is a very capable, highly flexible lens. Good choice !

Sorry I have not replied sooner, but I've had a bit of "Man Flu"
Must have been bad as the K30 arrived on the 28th and all I did was sign for it and check it over. Did not want to play with it
Feeling better now though.
K30 seems to be a nice solid bit of kit. Bit bigger than my GF1!!!!!!!
Enjoy the K30
Look forward to seeing your pics.
Best wishes
Ian

I have just ordered my K30 with an 18-135 WR.
I had been looking at a Lumix G3 to move up from my GF1, but by chance I came across the K30 which with its water resistance features suits me down to the ground. I think I'll be keeping my GF1 with its 20mm pancake as it's captured some good images for me.
Look forward to posting some images in the near future.
