Welcome to the forum. There aren't many Pentax users over here in Spain so always good to meet another one. Weather resistance is handy not just for rain but also for sand on beaches.

Many thanks, Jonathan! That's true. There certainly aren't many that have taken the trouble to populate Spain on the world map on Pentax Forums. And yes, can get very windy on the coast sometimes! Fine sand can be a problem!
