That's quite alright, Bob. Just ask away. You will get help, just like I did. I shoot a Pentax K100D with 4 different Lens's. I'm still learning and always will be.
Welcome!

I'm just full of questions . . . It's the only way I learn anything! I have so, so, much to learn using my Pentax K100D DSLR

Welcome, and bring on the questions. On this Forum there are no such things as daft questions, although I can't say the same for some of the answers.

Just joined the forum yesterday, new to dslr, done 35mm years ago then digital compact.
Bought the K-r model after a lot of reading and reviews etc, now I have to learn about the workings.
Hobbies are: fly fishing, athletics, wildlife, so hope to get something better than snaps now.
Be prepared for lots of daft questions from me.
Cheers#
