The 110D is definatly 4, I assume the 200D is the same.

the k200 is good with batteries, but the k20d is exceptional and you can get spare batteries from amazon i just picked up two 1500mah for the k20d for £13 delivered for both, and for the k200d i use uniross hybros at £10
for 4, so the k20d works out better and the battery life is alot better.

Whoops!!! I was thinking about 1.2 v at the time. It's actually 1620 mAh and I suppose it's not quite double (1.66x)

I love how the bulk of it is exactly the same as my old K110D. So no relearning buttons/menus etc. Just a few extra features to understand. For example shake reduction, I never used to use it and never noticed any shake in my pictures, so when is it used?

Shake reduction extends by 2 or 3 stops how slow your shutter speed can be. So instead of 1/60s with a 50mm lens you can safely go to 1/15s. Useful in any hand-held situation so just keep it on unless you're on a tripod.

Be sure to wait until the icon comes on in the viewfinder. Only takes a sec, but until then the image is not stabilised.

Ahhh well I can hand hold 50mm at 1/25th without blur and if I go slower I find a makeshift tripod. Might be usefull for long range zoom tho.

Well then you'd get down to 1/6s. Adding two stops is always useful!
