You may get lucky. Amazon offered the DA*300 very cheaply one day last year, and quite a few members took advantage. Every now and then one comes up for sale in the classifieds, so remember to check in regularly!

I'm an electronics engineer. I'm a new Pentax camera user, almost three months ago I bought Pentax K-30. Currently I work with DA 18-55 WR, DA 55-300 and M 50mm f2. But to be honest I'm looking for Pentax DA* 300 f4 here
