My Pentax experience goes back to about 1982 and a second hand MV (I think) and then an ME Super. I then upgraded to autofocus with an SF7 (which probably gained me 'enthusiast' status) but I sadly started to lose interest in getting films developed when the world went digital. After a good few years in the photography wilderness I bought a K10D in October 2007 when I suddenly discovered that my old 'film' AF lenses could still be used - well I didn't know did I?
I am also a proud owner of a K-7 and have well and truly got the bug again. Now that may be the reason why I registered as a Pentax User at last... but why today? Maybe it's because I've just read another magazine full of Canon and Nikon.
Anyway, I'm here now and I look forward to picking up lots of hints and help. I might even be tempted to post the odd picture or two!
