There's no room in your company for a sort of irascible version of Victor Meldrew is there? (But older and not so good looking.) Those truffles are definitely worth changing jobs for.
And Bienvenue!, as the spider probably meant to say.

Good morning to all. And 'merci' for the bilingual greetings - though I'm afraid the part of London I am in those would probably tend more towards 'yo bruv (or 'yo sis...'), you cool man?'...
Thanks also for the kind comments on my pics Mac and Vikram. As for George, warning: life in the Big Smoke is slowly turning me into a version of Diana Trent... I don't think Victor would survive it very long...
A bientôt!

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

I seem to have gone about things a bit back to front as I started my participation by posting pictures and comments (wrongly as I found out later :blush before introducing myself... So, I thought I'd correct this and say a little hello.
I am Bernadette, from France originally but have lived in London for almost twenty years. Always have been interested in photography but have never really done anything serious about it. I am using a K20D and have a limited amount of equipment (or knowledge of either technical stuff or equipment) so am looking forward to learning a lot from everyone. Having read comments on photos, received feedback on a competition entry and read a few other forum entries, I know this is the place I should have joined ages ago!!! So many talented, helpful and knowledgeable people here.
Looking forward to being part of it all...
