Hello, Newbie here

Hello, John Dale here. I got my first Pentax way back in 2008. It was an Optio E50, that I used in school when smartphones are not even a thing. Now, I own both Pentax K-S2 and Canon 60D. I have an average photography skill and I want to improve it further.

I'm going to practice creative car photography that mainly features truck rims. This will be my first project portfolio and I'm really excited about it.

This thread is becoming quite lively - Welcome all of you - Johv, Dale, Karen. And remember, there's no such thing as a silly question - especially if you don't know the answer!

Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
