Yes it is snowing here in Denmark atm. Downloaded the trial version of photomatrix and tried out.

Still got a few watermarks. Have to try further before buying.

Any c & c more than welcome.

I like No. 2 but No. 1 seems to have a strange colour cast.

Thanks - well # 1 is a sunset picture. Light was a bit different from the second one - which I shoot later yesterday.

Thanks for looking.

Very nice pictures, Jesper! IMHO the colour cast in #1 is just right for this kind of light.

So you did get your share of the snow? Here we had about 20 cm in one night - and freezing cold, -10 centigrades. So much for thinking the spring is just around the corner.
Best regards
Terry

Later on in the year we will be going on a cruise around the Norwegian Fjords.

Any advice on what lenses would be appropriate for the trip?
Best regards, John

Sounds nice, John! This is something we locals never get around doing. We normally get to see our countryside the other way around, if you get my drift.

Bearing in mind that the fjords are quite narrow, I would assume a wide angle lens for the scenery, complementet by a good tele, or tele zoom, to catch the birdlife, which is very active along the western coast.

I just hope the weather will be on your side, so you can enjoy our long and light summer evenings. Looking forward to see your photographic "evidence".

Apologies to Jesper for "stealing" his thread.
Best regards
Terry

Thanks alot - we have had a bit of snow - 10 cms. Now all gone - but more to come tonight. Funny weather.

To John - Def. use a wideangel for the fjords in Norway.
