The Heron looks sharp with the wing movement frozen really well. You've also managed to get some detail into the dark underside of the wing. The painted quality of the background I'm not sure about. Having not had a chance to try my 150-500 yet, is it a result of bokeh or noise?

Probably noise Barrie! ISO was set at 1600.
