A lifelong Oregonian here with deep Irish family roots. Also a longtime Pentax user, since 1980 more or less. Now using the IIs and a bag of manual primes: smc17 fisheye, smcA 24 and 50macro, Taks 105 and 300 and smcM 200. A couple of modern and some older AF types around here as well.

I am in the process of moving a whole 50 miles downstream to Longview in Washington state. I thought I had joined here a year or three back but could not recall doing so with certainty - so here I am, again?

That's quite a collection of some beautiful old glass there, have you kept them right through from your time shooting film? The ability to match up such quality and well made lenses from earlier times with our solid well built Pentax camera bodies today is one of the key joys of the whole experience. Hope you enjoy contributing and sharing here, I have found this forum a great support and a wealth of knowledge.

Two of my favourite states - lucky you! So you live on the Mighty Colombia?
Plenty to photograph around there. We absolutely loved the who PNW. Didn't visit Longview I admit - we stayed on the Oregon side for that stretch having arrived in Portland and headed for Astoria.
