and welcome to/from another K200 fan.
I ordered mine with a Tamron 18-250 which is pretty good. Soon after, a friend gave me an unused Sigma 70-300 which is even better. Just waiting for some warmer weather, very cold in beautiful Derbyshire at this time of year. New toys are great aren't they? Enjoy yours, and enjoy this friendly site. Cheers!

Having recently obtained a K200D with kit lens after having been frustrated with a Fuji FinePix S5000, I am now being accused of being obsessed with my new toy. I have a Pentax MZ-30 as well as a SMC28-80 and a Sigma 70-300 zoom. My glass is not great, but with the purchasing power of the SA Rand, my finances are limited.
I live in Cape Town, which I believe is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. (Slightly biased view..)
Photography for me is an art form as well as an historical recorder.
