Many thanks for all your replies. It was literally only a minute or so before it was all over.
Like No 5 as well as the 'expression' on the second gulls face seems really to talk to me what he/she thinks.

Pentax K-5 with D-GB4 Grip, to many lenses to mention by now (serious LBA by now), TC's, Lowepro Slingshot 300 AW, Manfrotto 028 & Redsnapper RS-283 with various Heads plus various Camera Clamps (I collect them). I just be glad to get some shots.
The second gull never got even close.
The autofocus on the K-5 was working overtime on this set
