grad filter & Neutral Density

I have around £75 to spend on Amazon and I am thinking of a Graduated Filter and Neural Density filter. I have noticed there seems to be a few new/different ones on the market these days, other than the old cokin type. Can any one suggest what I should try and buy and what I should try and avoid. Thanks.
