An overly complicated one!!!
K5II mounted to a Sky-Watcher Startravel 80mm f5 400mm Refractor, with a Neodynium Filter. It was all mounted on a Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer 2i tracking mount, on top of a tripod with a panoramic mount.
2min exposure f5 400iso

Can’t doubt that commitment. Excellent job.
Out of interest, you posted some other shots recently with stacking. Did you use that here? I’m only guessing but does the comet move too quickly across the sky? What’s your thought process when to use it or not?

I did take a series of images over about a period of 90mins. This is a single image. I did try stacking but ended up with a long blotchy streak! I also tried a time lapse but it was to short. I am actually tempeted to go a lot higher on the iso and use a shorter shutter speed and do a time lapse of it moving... if the weather plays nice!!!Out of interest, you posted some other shots recently with stacking. Thank you for all your nice words!!

Comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF) - I just about caught this tonight, a fuzzy slightly green blob in the centre of this heavily cropped image. Now cloudy so game over for now. I used a 35mm focal length on the K-1, ISO800, f2.8 and 30sec and found it by searching the image, too faint to see with the naked eye and the bright 1/2 moon light.

Anyone who stays up late to photograph stars and the like in the cold when they should be tucked up in bed gets my respect.
