Went to the Goodwood Festival of Speed today with the DA* 16-50 & DA*60-250 and the sculpture really intrigued me, so I tried something different. Which ones work for you, and why?

Cheers Clarky, It was pretty big!

And yes, they are full size cars! Will check to see if I have a 'normal' shot of it tonight when I get home!

Danny, they are all fantastic, great shots.
And like Clarky I like most the No 5, probably because it shows the car best there in its full glory

Personally I like number 3. Nice sky... ohh look, a car! No 5 is good too. Not keen on 6 with the greyer sky and the out of focus/moving flag.

Best wishes, Kris.

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

No. 3. We've had some great skies this weekend... must be the change in the weather.

I like number three too. It looks like the car is about to launch off into that great sky.

Thanks for the comments guys, I really like number 3 as well. Here's a different shot, same idea from a different angle, which I think looks better, and a little surreal! Not even sure why this one didn't go up instead of the other one, must have rushed and missed it!

And a wide angle shot to give an idea of scale.

WOW! For me it's no.1 as i think the ratio of sky to subject is spot on.

Very interesting sculpture, well done.

Cracking images Danny, love nos 3 & 5.

Perfect blue skies with fluffy white clouds.

I like no 4 rotated 90 degrees CW as well, just my thoughts.

They have some amazing sculptures here every year.
