In all places in all kinds of weather.

To me that means rain or snow or hurricanes or hail, plus 50 to minus 30 degrees C. Nothing less.

If it doesn't comply with this, it is misleading advertising.

However,I inspected my K5 and realized it is a lot of bullshit.
No way will it stand up to a bit of decent rain or snow (with its very low surface tension).

Mine did. It has been in torrential downpours in the Pacific Northwest, snow and ice storms in Norway, temps down to -22C, up to +35C. Survived the lot. All with the non WR 17-70 attached too.
I had to chip the frozen snow off it at one point in Norway. It was fine, even the battery worked well for hours in negative temperatures.

Glad you told me that. It makes me feel a lot better next time when it rains . I'll go out and shoot a few traffic light scenes.

My k-5 survived the hottest and dustiest glastonbury festival in 2010 and survived the three days of non stop rain at scotlands t in the park last year, the lcd sffered some internal condensation but still worked.

Surprised no one mentioned the fa lenses in the list of aps c specific lenses, thats very misleadingni would have thought...
