What a cracking selection. No. 2 gets my vote.
Lovely picture of the Alfa too.

Agree with Peter - excellent selection, your portraiture technique is superb - classic OOF backgrounds (just the right amount) with beautifully sharp faces

Really appreciate your comments Peter / John
It is a decent event, I got into the city early to capture some of the cars without any " photo bombers " as leave it to mid morning and you've no chance of a clean shot.
With each of the portraits, I took less than 30 seconds to approach, engage and shoot.

They're all good but most of all what shouts out to me is the sheer fun and laughter of this event. Excellent.
Be well, stay safe, but most of all, invest in memories

Been running for 6 years or so now, every late Aug B/h weekend, I've gone every year, iro 500+ cars fill the city with many drivers / passengers in period costume, live music and other events.
All the portraits were stopped and asked and naturally posed in the street
A selection of images as below, all with K1 + either the Sigma 85mm F1.4 or the DFA* 70 - 200 F2.8
