Seeing as non of you like my photographs, I thought I would add another. It was taken on a very wet day on the steam hauled Jacobite train. The camera was held out of the sliding upper window on the old BR carraige in an attempt to get it .Succeeded.

Ah, I remember the days when carriages had signs saying "Do not lean out of the window", many of which had been 'corrected' by hand to read "Do not clean soot off the window".

Nice shots of a lovely part of the country. And even better, you presumably managed it without head being severed from body by a stray branch or trackside structure!

Nice. That is the "Harry Potter" viaduct , no ?

Thanks everyone.
Only the camera went out of the little window at the top of the main window.
When I had finished and looked at the results, we were off the viaduct.

Yes it is the "Harry Potter" viaduct, didn't see him on his broomstick, probably too wet.

Really like the 2nd. You have a felling of being there with how you've taken it

Like them both - the glimpse of the engine on the first is rather nice
