Can anyone please tell me where I can purchase a glass protection shield...I may have the name incorrect...it fits over the LCD screen for protection and is better then the sticky film that is usually used. I know they sell them for Nikons and Cannons but I haven't been able to find a supplier for the Pentax K20 in this country...all help appreciated. Many Thanks

Ditto. I bought one many moons ago on ebay from Greenlife-style and it was great. Bought another for my K20D and its perfect too. Can't beat it for value and qaulity.

Will the greenlife-style ones fit the Samsung GX20? They don't seem to do a specific one for the Samsung.

How easily is grease wiped off it compared to the bare screen?

Just wiped my screen with soft cloth-cleans up ok,never compared this with the lcd screen.I am much happier with the protector than without it.

Keith was this the one you bought http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/GGS-LCD-Screen-Protector-Glass-For-Pentax-K20D-FSH-AA21_W0...
and if so, how is the postage "free" when it's coming from Hong Kong are there any catches when it arrives like extra charges. Thanks

"Free postage" in this case just means the postage cost is included in the main price. There will be no extra charge to you. No VAT or Duty either because it is below the limit.

Postage from HK for small items isn't very much more expensive than from the UK, by the way. I buy loads of cheap accessories from HK and China and there are no "catches" - except when the item is of poor quality, which it is only occasionally. Delievery is usually within two weeks, sometimes only about five days.

The same item is even cheaper from this seller:

Here's an example of another HK bargain with no catches: Very good centre-pinch lens caps for £1.99 including postage:

Why not the Fujifilm protective foil?
It comes in a pack of 3 foils and protects the LCD monitor, and does not prevent the viewing of the monitor in any way, it's not sticky, it uses surface adhesion, not unlike cling film!
It's cheap and more than does the proctection job admirably.

Kind regards,

Peter.
