depends on your flashes and light modifiers.

The question is very open....

I using my built in flash have not brought a flashgun yet, 2 daylight bulbs and natural window light room is quite bright.

... no modifiers? That's a bit...... rough 'n' ready.

I would expect to get laughed at.

Best thing I can suggest: check out diyphotography.net and think about at least one reflector.

1) get a greycard. learn to use it
2) set everything to manual or tav. manual white balance, raw. high iso...
skip the flash....

position yourself if possible, with the window to your back and try to shoot when the subject is at a 45 deg angle to your light (the window)... or near one ot the other lights as a second choice... same 45 deg angles though...

take your light reading where the subject will be in the best light you can find, and set your self up to shoot there.
Fired many shots. Didn't kill anything.

Expose for the skin and not the back ground
2x K10D bodies, 2x FA 28-200 3.8-5.6, DA 18-55, A 50 F2, 50mm Macro, 360 FGZ. Still saving for the 60-250 DA* Also have a Z10 35mm and a K1000 just for fun. IF PENTAX IS THE ANSWER, WHO CARES WHAT THE QUESTION IS...!
