Here's another image shot on a very bright sunny a few months ago, the hat the lass is wearing put her face into deep shadow so I used HSS on manual with one Cactus trigger linked to a Cactus RF60x on a stand, if its a really bright day, ND filters or sometimes a polarizer filter can also be used to bring the exposure into the flash sync window required.

645z - 150mm F2.8 - 1/250 sec - Cactus RF60x at 1/2 power and just moved backwards or forwards to get the flash balance right.
